What motivated you to become a coach?

I have the desire to help people and I feel that Life Coaching has a positive, empowering philosophy from which to build a relationship and work with people. There’s no focus on ‘what’s wrong’ and there’s very little time spent ‘going over problem’s, it’s all about working out where you want to be, and guiding you to create the life you want! It’s incredibly fulfilling

what is coaching?

Coaching is not telling people what to do; it is helping clarify and control their life. It is helping them evaluate what they are doing now in their life in the light of their goals, dreams, values and intentions. It gives new choices and leads to change. Coaching helps a person go beyond the mental blocks of what they thought was possible.

how long will i need to work with you?

This varies for people and is, in the end, completely up to you. I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions within 3 months.

what will i get from you as a coach?

With me as your coach you will be guaranteed to get:

WHAT IS YOUR BACKGROUND?

I have a bachelor degree in marketing and over 7 years of marketing experience in London. After a passionate, exciting career with many ups and downs, I realised that I wanted to progress further with my personal growth. I enrolled on a Personal Development course at the Coaching Academy that gave me the platform to work on myself and others.

how does coaching work?

Coaching is conducted through a series of sessions, lasting 60 minutes on average, taking place about every 2-3 weeks. The duration and frequency can be tailored to suit your schedule and preferences. We can connect by phone, Skype or face to face, if geography allows. Again, you dictate the nature of the coaching relationship in this respect.


You make progress by setting yourself goals to work on between sessions and you are accountable only to yourself for your successes. I am not here to check up on you, judge you or criticise you if you fail to achieve your goals. My job is to motivate you, enthuse you and raise your awareness of where you currently are with things, what obstacles you might face, and what it is within yourself that might be holding you back.
